Scholarship Benefits
What the International Student Scholarship covers for you
Free Registration & Exam Fees
No registration fee, and no examination fee for your thesis or dissertation.
Free Tuition
Tuition is covered: UKT for Bachelor, SPP for Master or Doctoral programs.
Free Accommodation
Live in the student dormitory (Ma'had Al-Jami'ah) during your studies.
Free Indonesian Program
Complete the BIPA (Indonesian for Foreign Speakers) program before your studies begin.
How the Admission Works
From online registration to arrival in Indonesia
1. Online Registration
Start hereFill in the registration form and upload your required documents online.
2. Document Verification
The International Office and the selection team check your data and documents.
3. Interview
Qualified applicants are interviewed, online or in person, with a translator if needed.
4. Announcement of Results
Results are announced online through this portal and sent to your email.
5. Letter of Acceptance & Visa
Accepted students receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA), sponsor letter, and visa support, then confirm their arrival.
Documents to Prepare
Prepare scans of the following. Final requirements are confirmed by the International Office.
- Passport or other identity document
- Latest diploma and academic transcript
- Curriculum Vitae and colour photo (4x6)
- Motivation letter
- Recommendation from an Indonesian representative office
- Health certificate
- Certificate of good conduct
- Arabic or English language certificate
